Price was not the main factor for choosing this company. Everyone there is so knowledgeable. They walked we through the process with kid gloves on. I didn't feel that I was treated differently for having a lower price range. I was given multiple options. Options that my husband agreed to. We love our floors. “The most recent time we used the services of DreamMaker was when we had a sewer leak from our upstairs bathroom that required extensive restoration of our kitchen and dining room. We selected DreamMaker because they had remodeled our three bathrooms previously. They did a professional job of restoring our kitchen and dining room. DreamMaker actually upgraded our kitchen by adding a new counter top, cabinets, and removing the fireplace between our breakfast area and family room. The company is easy to deal with and they are great at following up with any problems that need to be addressed. We highly recommend DreamMaker. If anyone wants to discuss their work or has questions, they are welcome to meet with us. They can also stop by and view the work they did for us.“

“When we decided to remodel our kitchen we randomly drove around looking for kitchen shops. We found SKB open late on a Tuesday afternoon, and Rick welcomed us into the showroom and started chatting. He scheduled us a measure appointment at our house, and it all snowballed from there! He helped us design our kitchen, shopped for each of the design elements, and coordinated all the work through his highly skilled contractors, Dave and Henry. We never felt pressured into making any decisions, but rather Rick and his team are so knowledgeable in what they do we felt confident in their suggestions. I truly feel that I ended up with a kitchen that even exceeded what I had set out to achieve, so much so that when I watch TV shows or look on Zillow at other homes, there's no homes (even at higher price points than mine!) that have a kitchen that i like nearly as much as my own :). Since renovating our kitchen, which in fact was a complete gut and overhaul of our previous kitchen, i have been cooking and baking so much more than before, thanks to newer, quality appliances and the openness of the kitchen. My baked goods are in such high demand at work, and my coworkers want to have our staff meetings at my house just to take advantage of the kitchen and the open flow of the kitchen/living room/dining room. Definitely one of the things that every person comments on is the backsplash (pictured) that Rick helped us pick, as well as the spaciousness and usefulness of the kitchen island and the "Fanciness" of the pantry door. Once the project got started, it actually went so quickly that it finished a few weeks ahead of schedule, which is always a welcome occurrence. I definitely would use SKB again, especially if my husband would let me redo our guest bathroom :)“

“I hired Ernie to remove my fluorescent lights fixtures in my kitchen and replace with 4 spot lights. He also fixed a crack in the ceiling from the sliding door to the kitchen wall. I also had all the ceilings painted except for the bedrooms. He makes sure that you are satisfied with the job!“
