Creative flooring saved my floor! I had damage to my wood floor and didn't know what it was from. Octavio came out and diagnosed the issue. He got an estimate to me right away and we agreed on a plan to get the work done. There was a delay in the arrival time and I was notified in a timely manner. The guys who did the work were professional, cleaned up after they were done and did a fantastic job fixing my floor! I highly recommend Creative Flooring for any flooring needs! I will definitely use this business again.

Experience with this company as we've had them put in new flooring in the entire downstairs twice. The first time during the pandemic and within a year noticed separation in the planks. Jeff came out and explained the product was defective and if we gave them some time they would make it right and they did! I can't say enough about the second crew that came in to take the old stuff and install the new Mohawk flooring. They were careful and professional. Yes it took a little longer and we were inconvenienced again living 2 weeks without floors but effort was to make it right and we appreciate that.
