We had been without AC since 05/31; it is 06/12 today.. We had been given the run around by my warranty company and their contractor. I called Silver State at about noon. Nico Wallace was out at 2:45 on the same day. He was very helpful and spent the time to explain everything and made sure we understood everything. We needed a new AC unit and it will be installed tomorrow. It is the next day. Brand new AC; it is cool in the house for the first time in almost 2 weeks.
