“I started going to Laurel a year ago to treat a running injury. After several months, the injury was healed enough that I could run a half marathon. Monthly (at a minimum) sessions have a key part of my self care. I can't imagine being an athlete without having Laurel to work out all the kinks and sore muscles! 100% recommend!!!“

During my most recent two-hour massage, I told Ashley that my shoulders, neck, and upper back were especially tight. After the massage, I felt looser and more relaxed in my shoulders, neck, and upper back than I have in many years.
