The issue turned out to be a combination of old shingles and water damage beneath them, which was identified during their thorough initial inspection. They completed the roof replacement over three days, with all waste materials neatly removed at the end of each day.
I thought it would take several days for the installation but they had the metal roof on in 2 days with no interruption. This crew was more efficient and left the area clean every day compared to my previous experiences with standard shingles.
From initial consultation to the final cleanup, the team exceeded expectations. They arrived promptly and worked diligently, completing the job just under a day. The crew was respectful and left the site spotless. My new roof looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the seamless experience and quality work provided.
