We have used Roofmasters for several years now and they are wonderful. They will inspect a roof at no charge and identify any issues that may need repair. Inspector Josh always takes pictures and explains why repairs may be necessary, answers any questions we may have, and we always have the option of proceeding or not without feeling pushed. Johnathon was an excellent communicator and kept our project moving. Omar and his crew arrived on time, treated our property with respect, and completed the work quickly. The company stayed on top of a few minor permitting issues until everything was approved, and coordinating the solar removal and reinstallation with NC Solar was effortless. We needed a significant roof repair. Jonathan and his team communicated clearly throughout the entire process; there were multiple options to consider and the damage was more significant than initially anticipated. The crew worked very hard through hot days and did high quality work. The crew was very courteous and diligently cleaned up at the end of each day, leaving the driveway beneath the roof repairs clean and open until they arrived again the next day. The new roof looks terrific and we expect it to last. Excellent work from start to finish.
