We needed a significant roof repair. Jonathan and his team communicated clearly throughout the entire process; there were multiple options to consider and the damage was more significant than initially anticipated. The crew worked very hard through hot days and did high quality work. The crew was very courteous and diligently cleaned up at the end of each day, leaving the driveway beneath the roof repairs clean and open until they arrived again the next day. We recently needed roof repairs after discovering a leak during the rainy season and obtained estimates from two roofing companies. Because Roofmasters is based in Suisun City and we're located in Sacramento, I was initially concerned about response time and scheduling. Roofmasters was quick to respond to my request for help. The first company I called couldn’t find the leak even with the presence of water stains. I contacted Roofmasters who inspected and then scheduled the repair work to be done. Their estimate was very reasonable and right on the mark. Their work is excellent. I was amazed and appreciative of how clean they left my property. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call the following day asking if I was satisfied with their work and if there was anything they could improve. My answer was perfection doesn’t need improvement. I will definitely use them again.
