Lisa is an amazing trainer, I love her approach with creating a communication path for you and your dog, it all seems so simple but so efficient, no more yelling! . We went with our rescue adult Dogo who is very stubborn. Lisa showed me how to communicate with our dog, her feedback is direct and honest and if you listen and practice, you will see amazing and fast results. The benefit of the group is that you get to see her show the commands multiple times with different dogs, all of them reacting differently. Her first session around nutrition, crate training, potty training is so eye opening, and informative, I have referred to it many times since. Lisa will answer texts, calls and will do anything to get you and your dog on a successful path. And if you are lucky enough to see her with her dogs, you will see the art of the possible!
We signed our 1yr old Husky/Shepherd up for puppy training with Lisa. Our boy, Adonis, always looked forward to the weekly sessions. Lisa is straightforward and direct in her communication, making her easy to understand and follow. She will gladly spend more time with a dog if they’re struggling with any concept. It is very easy to see she has a great love of dogs and her depth of knowledge of the different breeds, their needs an limitations/challenges is impressive. Highly recommend.
My name is Pattie. I’m a 52-year-old owner of 2 male full grown Siberian Huskies. I rescued Ezra & Kanan both and they each have issues they came with. I knew nothing of this breed, only knew they needed a home. I reached out to Lisa for help. I have had many dogs in my lifetime, but these fellas were outsmarting me! She reassured me that she can help. At the start of the training, she described what we would be learning. I thought she was crazy! Absolutely everything she teaches; she will show us by example with our dogs. She not only teaches commands, but behavior. She has a way of explaining why a dog reacts a certain way in different situations. I better understand my dogs and am beyond grateful to her for helping feel prepared. I felt a responsibility to be in control with my dogs. Today, I can say that my dogs no longer drag be down the street with their combined weight of 130 pounds. I have never had such a healthy relationship with my dogs before. Before Lisa’s help, my huskies overwhelmed me. This relationship seemed hopeless, and I felt as if I were failing them. As promised, Lisa gave me the tools I needed to be a successful and responsible pet owner. Lisa is a very responsible, passionate, and enthusiastic teacher. Ezra, Kanan and I cannot thank you enough! We love you Lisa!!
