The parking is absolutely awful! Or shall I say lhe lack of. I took my 93yr gma for an appointment and there were zero parking spots and definitely not enough handicap parking available. About 20 cars were driving in circles trying to snag a spot. It was extremely frustrating and we didn't get to be seen due to it!

Impossible to make new patient appointments in this office.They don’t pick up their phones. You get the answering service even in the middle of a weekday. Leaving multiple messages will be just a waste of time since no one ever call you back.It is scary to think this is a cardiology office. If you have any urgent heart problems, you will be on your own because there will be no one there to help you.

The doctors are very professional but the front desk staff is very rude. the appointment coordinator put me on hold for more than 15 minutes and when I called back I asked her when would the best time to call and she was very rude and told me that there is no better time because all day long her lines are busy. I've been trying to get a hold of them for a long time and I never get through the phone. more staff needs to be hired for the front desk and they need to be trained on having good customer service skills I understand the pressure is high nowadays but I work in the healthcare industry and I know there is a way to be kind to the patients.
