The entire staff were amazing. The check-in was extremely easy. The medical assistant who called me in was friendly and personable. The best part of the experience was my NP, Necole Dugan. She absolutely epitomized what you should expect from your medical professional. She is kind, listened and provided me the guidance to follow up with my primary physician. She even helped me figure out how to get a closer primary physician. I left knowing I would recommend her to my daughter and any one of my friends. The experience made the increase I had to pay in benefits this year, ridiculously high, a little easier to swallow.

I just had a mammogram today and this lady name Elizabeth was really nice and professional. I was the last patient and made me comfortable. Thanking her is not enough but maybe making good review will make her boss happy and appreciate her. Thank you again Elizabeth for your wonderful customer service! Hope she will see this post!

Had to get a mammogram today. As most women, I wasn't looked forward to getting my breasts smashed in sheets of glass! LaPaula in Radiology handled me with gentle hands and kindness. She is great! I was as comfortable as possible. (Why doesn't a woman figure out a way to test for breast cancer without smashing our breasts!) Thank you LaPaula! You're the best.
