I asked her over the phone for an estimate. They said $40 when I got there for my appointment they couldn’t give me a clear price or an estimate. They said come back a different day and we’ll have someone that will be able to give you an estimate. I’m writing to express my frustration with the extremely poor customer service I received from Solano Health Services today. I waited on hold for over 35 minutes, only to be treated rudely and dismissed by the representative who finally answered.

I was calling on behalf of my father, as I have done many times since 2014. I’ve always been listed as his authorized representative, and I’ve never had an issue making appointments for him in the past. Can never be reached on the phone to even ask a question or schedule an appointment. When you do finally get someone on the phone days later after calling several times a day, the appointments are booked out at least 3-5 months out. If you want to be seen earlier, they tell you to come as a walk in and wait there for hours only to be told that there were cancellations and to try again the next day.
