I used to think La Clínica was bad — but Kaiser makes them look five-star.

At least La Clínica might just run late. At Kaiser, you spend hours every week trapped in endless phone loops, transferred to the wrong departments, and fighting just to get basic care. Documents go missing, forms aren’t filled out right, and referrals are delayed for months. Even when paperwork is on file, staff act like it doesn’t exist — no one takes responsibility. Some providers, like Dr. Amy Fueglei, can be inattentive, slow to respond, and careless with details, which only adds to the frustration and risk.

I was referred to the establishment to find out that-the referrals have certificates working under one license professional .
no offense everyone but I would like a PhD specialist that has that experienced professional
it’s unfortunate that the qualifications for this position aren’t taken seriously 😒
