“Dr. Lee has odd mannerisms, can get talkative about unrelated topics and his office doesn't have that organized look but his technical capabilities are exceptional. I have been going to him for 20 years. He's "old school." He tries to manage his office while working alone a lot so I'm sure it's a challenge to keep up on the phone calls, paperwork and orders. I cut him slack because he always gives me contact lenses and glasses that work for my difficult eyesight even if it takes multiple tries. I know he's getting close to retirement but hope he can stick around as long as possible. I'll take good glasses over a glitzy office anyday!“

“My benefits are expiring soon and I was in desperate need of a new eye exam and contacts. The administrator who answered the phone let me know that they were fully committed as far as appointments but that she could probably take me as a walk in after lunch. I showed up and after some very brief paperwork I was able to get in to see the Dr. right away. The exam was quick and painless; Dr. Melanie was so much fun, cracking little jokes here and there and completely putting me at ease. They even had my contacts in stock so I was able to leave with everything I needed. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next exam, thank you Dr. Melanie and team for a great experience!“

“Vanity urged me to get new glasses so I went to Site for Sore Eyes to look at frames. They have a large selection, all brands and styles. I spent over an hour trying on different frames. The gentleman running the store, Kelly, was very patient and allowed me to help myself and narrow down my choices then kindly put away the ones I discarded. I then scheduled an appointment for the eye exam later that week.
The next day I was notified of a cancellation that day and I went for the exam. It was a fine experience, I was given plenty of information regarding the exam and the state of my vision, including the fact I didn’t realize my eye site had changed. I ordered the glasses and received them 5 days later.
The service I received was exceptional. Due to an issue with my bank/ new debit card I was forced to leave the store twice to get cash at atm for payment. They were gracious nonetheless. I recommend Site for Sore Eyes and will be back.“
