Whenever I feel stressed, unbalanced, or anxious, she knows what to do to bring the balance of energy and chi flowing through my body. Each time I leave a session with Riena, I feel very calm, relaxed, and rejuvenated. I've also asked her to treat my gut health and menstrual cramps, which had helped a lot.
