I’ve been a customer here for years and have always received excellent care and great service from the proprietors. They do excellent work. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I simply don’t understand why they aren’t rated 5 stars?

We’ve been going to Picaroto Dry Cleaner in Fairfax for over 10 years and have always been impressed. It’s a family-owned business that’s been serving the community for over 30 years, with the owners on-site and involved in daily operations. They provide personalized service, use eco-friendly practices, and consistently deliver high-quality results—from dry cleaning to alterations and custom patch work. Friendly staff, great care, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. I'm satisfied every time regardless of the service - dry cleaning cashmere sweaters, down comforters, off-site rug cleaning, and most recently alterations. Fast, clean, careful. Great husband/wife team!
