My wife and I delayed doing "the major remodel" for years because we had heard all the horror stories. But the time had definitely come, and the perfect rental house fell into our laps in our neighborhood. So we decided to move forward and hired our architects. We were going to use a general contractor who had done some other remodels in our neighborhood. But our architects highly recommended Nick so we interviewed him as well.
