If you buy a package of treatments and don't or can't use them all, Dr. Scriven will not give you a refund. I have been waiting 7 months for a refund and doubt I'll ever see it. She claims she doesn't have the money, which means that she spent the money allotted for those treatments before she had given them. Not sure this is legal.

Dr Scriven is an incredible health practitioner. I started seeing her when she was located in Fairfax and then followed her when she moved her practice to Petaluma. I love her new location, especially the easy parking. Initially, I went to see her because I was looking for a homeopath and later continued to see her for acupuncture. Linda has helped me with many health matters and I find her to be kind, gentle, and empathetic, as well as a highly knowledgeable practitioner. I'm grateful to have found her!
