Gregory just tuned a piano we received used and very out of tune. It took him a couple of hours of meticulous work- he did it with a smile on his face and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made no demands, & explained what to expect before he even got here. Our piano now sounds absolutely gorgeous- better than I imagined. This piano is for my 10 yro and I have no previous experience with piano ownership. I am so relieved to have found a trustworthy source for my piano questions and maintenance that will likely come up in the future. We are intrigued in lessons from him even. Definitely will be recommending!
Greg did an excellent job tuning my restored 1927 Mason Hamlin. Perfect tuning and was professional and polite. Highly recommend. He also is a piano teacher. I will have him come back and maintain our piano.
Gregory was very polite and friendly. It was easy to schedule. Timeline for piano tuning took almost 2 hours which we expected due to our piano being quite out of tune. At the end he played some Disney tunes for the family and it was enjoyable. Would use his services again.
