The staff at Mt. Vernon have been so supportive and respectful of our families wishes, and grief. They helped us doing tasks that would have been very difficult for us to do. When they came and picked Dad up, they were so empathetic. The big guy was shedding tears just seeing our families grief, while we said goodbye.
I had gone to clean and place flowers on my Mom, Dad & Husband grave site, who is buried in the 4 Gospels, and to my surprise. The grave site had Mud covering the granite, they were both a mess. The Office sent out the groundkeeper to help clean the mess. I want to thank Oscar Martinez for coming and totally cleaning and Re-leveling and making them shine, he was so sweet and explained that the neighbor had a burial and unfortunately created the mud. Oscar did a fantastic job. I come every month and actually I was there July 7th, I remember that he stopped by and was nice of enough to take a picture of myself and Grandkids it was my dad's Birthday.
