I have brought my miniature chihuahua here for 3 years now. Doctor Amanda explains thoroughly reasoning for all vaccines I had questioned. I'm glad I asked because I didn't know how important some or all were. Being an older lady (56) I was taught that only one rabbie shot was enough for a lifetime. With science continuously revolving, there are now better ways to protect my dog I didn't know about.
Claudia and Lena were extremely sweet and helpful, its nice to speak to compassionate people in this field after having spoken to not so nice ones at other locations. I would absolutely recommend having your pet seen here.
We have been bringing our cats and dogs to Mercy for a few years and have nothing but a good experience with them. The doctors and staff are really super folks. They were very kind and compassionate when our cats were ill and when they passed. The only drawback I would touch on is they seem to be pricey if your pet requires medication. So we get our script from them and get our prescriptions at chewy or Costco. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars.
