This is a welcoming community. It’s a great mix of all backgrounds, ages, and levels. I noticed it’s a very non-judgmental space where you can just come and be. Lauren and Elise are amazing teachers and they provide modifications for all skill levels and injuries. I’m just finishing up my two week trial and I think I’m going to stick with it. I didn’t give them five stars because the studio Isn’t cleaned as often as it should be. A lot of dust and hair accumulates in the studio so floors should be cleaned between classes.

Came here on the trial period and it was so amazing as someone here temporarily on a work trip to quickly feel at home. Quite the community here. I felt empowered to take charge of my health and woke up early for classes even when I’m prone to sleeping in. The instructors are so much fun and so helpful. Everyone should not sleep on this studio.

The class instructors are all very good The schedule is excellent the location is convenient friendly environment highly recommend the two weeks all you can do yoga special for $20 first time clients.
