Absolute Comfort has replaced furnaces at my home and an apartment I own. They are prompt professional and competent. At my home, a 30 yr old furnace was replaced with a heat pump. Dave Rankin, the owner, did an assessment and recommended the unit to be installed. He went over the specifications with me, informed me about heat pumps and answered my questions about power usage and the installation. The heat pump has been installed for 2 months and I have seen a 40% reduction in my PGE bill, compared to the previous year. Finally, I generally bring in multiple bids for expenditures like this. They worked with my management and got right on them to help fix everything fast and the wonderful lady in the office is the best . They new how important it was to get the heat working and found a way to squeeze us in .I will be forever thankful and always keep them in my phone to call again .
They were on point...I have been a customer with Absolute comfort for over 2 years and they have always made a difference. Today I called them to look at my furnaces because they kept blowing air after turning them off and they accommodate to my schedule and were at my house same day.
