***** My heater was broken for about 2 months, I was fighting with my home warranty company and finally I'd given up. I made a very long post on a local page and six rivers mechanical was recommended several times to call and have come out and fix my issue. I had actually been in contact with another local company and I let them know I know I no longer needed an appointment. Jeff, One of the owners, still wanted to come out to see what was going on. He had an opening and so I had him come by. When he showed up it took him less than 2 minutes to fix the issue. He even took it a step further to inspect our filters and other parts of the system. Him and his business was concerned because I have a newborn and they really wanted to try to see if they could help us get our heat back. The kind of service that we received is starting to feel like something in the past. We are so lucky that they care and came by for us not knowing who we are and truly just wanted to do the right thing and lend a helping hand. Please Make sure when you're considering your options you ask yourself, do you want someone that cares about you or just your furnace? Because on top of the knowledge the customer service was really impressive. Thank you Six Rivers!!!!
