Unlike many states, California has no licensing requirements for their journeyman plumbers. Only contractors need a license and can hire anybody to perform the work, including inexperienced workers with questionable background. All Mapleservice employees choose to work there for a lifetime career choice, and serve a five year State Certified Plumbing Apprenticeship, including classroom curriculum, and pass a rigorous completion exam to be able to call themselves a Journeyman Plumber. No other service company in Humboldt Co. can provide State Certified Journeyman Plumbers and Apprentices.
