Norman's Dry Cleaners and Laundry Service

Friendly service and great job cleaning using their eco-friendly process. I dropped off two wool coats, two wool shirts, and two Pendleton blankets, all valued items that I couldn't clean myself because of the material. Norman's took good care of them and had them ready the following week. All freshened up and ready for years more service.

There was nobody to be seen when I stepped through the door, but after a mere couple of seconds I got the true old school fast and friendly customer service I didn't know I needed or even expected from a dry cleaning service. She was top on it! I can't remember her name though :,( The place was a huge maze of clothing to be done, they also had a big Help Wanted sign on the building. Everything considered, I'm sure she was very busy, yet she still took the time to treat me like a highly valued repeat customer even though it was my first time there. PLUS she gave me a super good deal on the price, just because. She asked what it wad, I said a King size down comforter, but let's charge you for a Queen today she says. Tight! I love a deal.. I'm not sure if there's even a choice for another dry cleaning service in Eureka, but I will only go to these guys from now on. * apologies for the long post.

I had an excellent experience with Norman's. I picked up my wedding dress today (ready earlier than expected) and it looks brighter and more beautiful than ever. I an extremely pleased!
