Very clean & welcoming. Workers were very helpful, they helped me w/the best option for my situation. They actually moved my clothes for me from the washers to the dryers so I didn't have to miss lunch w/my friends

Normally great, but recently started denying transfer service regularly. Very inconvenient: a major reason I go to Emerald City is the transfer service. Please don't let this important service fall to the wayside, I'll be finding a new laundry business if this continues
