Very positive experience under the circumstances. They were very helpful in guiding me along the process of my husband and what to expect along the way. I got many texts afterwards making sure I was up to date on everything and sent links to help me through this difficult time.
Exceptional service during a very difficult time. Living several states away from my brother and father's passing, I was initially concerned about how the process would unfold.
