Not recommended. They sent funds by mailed check leading to inappropriate delays. With all the many ways of getting funds transferred timely whether digital or overnight FedEx or even Priority Mail, to just send by regular postal mail is unprofessional. Given the cost of the escrow fee, one would expect a more respectful and timely transfer of funds. They could even bill for the cost of the more timely delivery service. But no, Fidelity National Title is not customer-centric enough to make that effort.
