I 1st trained here with one of the trainers 1-1 when I was recovering from my stroke in 2018. I was always too intimidated to do the classes but I'm happy to say that I got the opportunity to do one of Kristina's classesaand it was amazing and challenging and showed me my weak points that I need to work on. I will definitely be back.

One of the best small group and personalized fitness training establishments I've ever experienced; unpretentious, knowledgeable, supportive and inspiring + a great new space and extensive schedule of offerings. I highly recommend.

I love this gym the owner is great and so is my trainer they push you to be better. This is her dream business help all kinds of people we are a family. My confidence has really improved since I’ve started going here.
