Skelly Electric

I cannot say enough good things about Skelly Electric and the outstanding work they did correcting my whole-house generator wiring.
I had a Kohler 26KW whole-house generator installed by another company. While they did a decent job installing the generator itself, the communication was terrible, and, more importantly, they never really consulted me about what circuits should be backed up. Despite having a 26KW whole-house generator, only one panel in my house was connected to the generator, and it primarily protected garage circuits. My expectation was that the entire house—including both HVAC systems—would be backed up.

I recently received outstanding customer service from both Jon and Ivan regarding my Generac 24KW generator. They arranged to come out in a timely fashion to first diagnose what was entailed in getting it to function properly, then came back shortly thereafter to complete the necessary work. They were easy to work with, very professional and knowledgeable, and even coordinated the solution with my existing solar company who needed to be involved. I'm very pleased with their work and pricing, so I decided to have them monitor and maintain the equipment on an ongoing basis. Skelly recently installed a Generac natural gas generator for our home. From beginning to end; from quote through the timing of starting the job to completion, everything was performed flawlessly. The crew who did the work were very professional and incredibly nice. I can't say enough good things about them and about Skelly including their office staff and would highly recommend Skelly for any job.
