Brought our Mercedes in for an oil change and windshield washer system repair . The issue with the washer was quickly diagnosed and repaired. First time using the Escondido Auto Group. The facility was clean , organized, and the technicians were attentive. They also offer free shuttle service.
Super kind staff all around and extremely helpful! They thoroughly checked my car and fixed the problem a lot quicker than expected. Definitely will come back for any future issues.
I can't recommend this shop enough. They are masters of their trade, particularly with complex electronics. They were the only ones who could diagnose a persistent, complicated fault in my plug-in hybrid Pacifica.
What truly sets them apart is their integrity. They discovered my car was still under warranty, informed me, and sent me to the dealer for a covered repair. Their honesty and expertise are second to none. Highly recommended!
