Showed up right at 9am and there were already 10 people in line ahead of me. Absolutely to be expected for an urgent care facility and I was happy to wait. Many in line said they were coming in because they can't get ahold of their physicians due to a data breech and phone lines being down. I was working in town from Texas and Anthem Blue Cross showed Graybill as an in-network facility. The front desk associates weren't very friendly or inviting. I guess they have their claws out because I understand people can be mean at times. I approached very politely and was not met with the same tone or an ounce of helpfulness. My wife she was very sick. We went to this place 45 minute before they close the lady in front desk She had the nastiest attitude, very disrespectful super upset. I don't know why she didn't want to help at all she was keep saying they will be close in 45 minutes. We left because we couldn't handle her no more I don't recommend this place to anyone. Please don't waste your time. This people are not nice hope a manager or Owner check the reviews and do something about. it again I did not appreciate the front desk lady she was extremely rude.

I visited this morning and was given excellent care. The nurse practitioner and medical assistants were caring and thorough. Thank you!
