Beautiful Studio with an amazing ambiance. The teachers are the best, meeting all students where they are in their practice and providing consistent encouragement and support. So grateful for this studio and for KeilaRae & David, Sylvie, Junko, Bloom, Jill, Michele, Carey , Kelly and Maria for keeping the integrity that Rached intended for Sattva! Blessings and Namaste!
This is the BEST yoga studio in Escondido. I have been looking for a studio in north county that I could continue my yoga practice. I enjoy a more authentic class(not a fan of commercialized yoga studios). The Classes begin and end with chanting as well as a sound bathe during the final shavasana.They also offer a 7pm class 4 days a week!The instructors are really nice and always make the pose accessible to everyone’s own ability and offer alternative options/props.10/10 recommended for anyone who enjoys a good authentic yoga class - they also do full moon circles every month!First class is free if your local & pricing is very reasonable
