Out clothes finished in the loads completely soaked. There's no one here to help or rectify the situation Update We did come across a person at the end of the night and he offered to cover the loads the next time we come in and pointed us to a number we can call to get help if something happens in the future

Came here cause I live on juniper, only to get approached by a sweeper/custodian that barely understand English. I was getting quarters to do laundry with my laundry in my car but he thought I just was a homeless or something else cause he rudely assume I wasn't doing laundry and I told him "don't ever disrespect me and assume I'm not doing laundry " I asked "so how do you know I don't have laundry?" He said "I can tell?" So upset and upon taking pictures of him and his management number I showed him my laundry and told him I will never bring my business here again...he also got so defensive and caught in a pickle where... read full review

The guy who works here is extremely rude. Don't expect any help from him if your washer/dryer gets stuck with your clothes inside. Or if the machine eats your money. He straight out told two women that they need to stop complaining and that he doesn't get paid enough to be there. He was screaming at one of them.
