Hassanin was so helpful. He arrived just a few minutes after we called. He replace our 12-Volt battery and explained clearly how to keep the new one healthy: the car needs to be driven at least once a week (preferably 2 or 3 times) for 30 minutes or more. He was even kind enough to help us clean out some rodents' nests he found under the floor boards. Really appreciate his kind help!
