Johnathan’s towing was dispatched out through my AAA insurance & the driver was the kindest and the most helpful person I’ve ever met while receiving auto assistance. I appreciate the words of encouragement he gave me considering I was having a pretty rough day. I appreciate Jonathan Towing & unfortunately we had an amazing conversation but I didn’t ask his name. I booked my service through AAA and Ray came over extremely fast to assist me. My battery died in my Mercedes, and he was able to replace the battery. It took him under 10 minutes. He was also very informative about the steps I needed to do to prevent what happened, and gave me information on what type of battery I will need for the future when I need to replace it. All in all really great service. Thank you again Ray!
