From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind, which creates a comfortable and judgment-free environment. Let's see , where do I start.. This gym is one of my favorite locations.. Not the biggest in town, but the best kept.. Machines are always in great condition, bathrooms are well maintained, and off peak hours , you almost feel like you have the gym all to yourself.. Kailey the GM is absolutely ? the best at making you feel welcome.. She is no slouch either as she can be seen on the gym floor vacuuming and wiping down machines.. And the pricing is superior to any chain around period!!

Great gym especially for first timers. Environment is not intimidating at all but there are plenty of serious fitness goers here. Machines are easy to use and target all your needs. Staff has always been the nicest and helpful and so are the patrons. Very clean and well maintained and affordable. It does get busy and is on the smaller side but the app makes it easy to check crowd meter. Also would not recommend for power lifters as it is smith machines not free weighted racks. Had a great experience with this gym.
