I've been using them for the past few years for my business's annual back flow test. They are always very courteous on the phone, prompt in their delivery and top notch in their execution. I honestly can't picture using anyone else.
We received our back flow notice with a 48 hour completion window (my fault). Robin from Palomar was probably one of the nicest, most helpful and patient people I've done business with in a long time. She was quick, informative, and got our testing done on the same day! Every business should be run this efficiently. This is the second time we used them for back flow testing. Knowledgeable, great communication, quick hassle-free service, including submitting documents to water company, efficient billing. Highly recommend.
