Yesterday, I took my longtime friend, Gloria, to Neighborhood Healthcare for a doctor’s appointment.
From the moment we arrived, we had a wonderful experience. Kimberly at the front reception provided outstanding assistance. She was welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.
Gloria was also very happy with the medical assistant. She was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about the patients.

Dr. Daniel actually listened to me. I know I'm a lot to handle and he did fine. Listened and let me know about a clear goal in mind. Also left me a little bit of helpful things I can do to see if it could help. Which it did!! Thank you for giving me chance at letting people know how happy I was to get seen by a professional.
