“Had my Sprinter Van towed to them from a Mercedes dealership I originally bought it at roughly 100mi away. They had it for 3 weeks and couldn’t / wouldn’t fix it due to going into limp mode after putting the same size tires on it that were on every other Sprinter on their lot.. These guy’s were referred through another company as being the guru of programming for these vans and proved to be true.. Communication was easy, especially with having to coordinate getting the van towed that far from home. They completed the work in roughly 1.5 hrs as previously stated and I got to drive it home that day.. Definitely gained my future buisness and referrals!!!”
