Amanda P was prompt to the minute (!), knowledgeable, pleasant, informative, and clear in her explanations. She fixed our problem lock, but found an additional problem that needed an additional part which she ordered and will schedule a revisit to correct that issue. She was great and is an excellent representative for Busy Bees.
on Easter day they came to the rescue within 30 mins. The other prior company I called said they would make it, but kept on pushing my time so I had to go with busy be very reliable!!! Ebin was polite and professional!!
Jeff Thompson gave phenomenal service. He went out of his way to make sure I got my keys and FOB made for my 2000 Lexus. What an awesome technician!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!
