Over the past 10 years ,Ken Lord and his team have done many plumbing jobs at our home and rental property. They do a great job and offer good rates, even on water heater installations.... and he makes sure that EVERYTHING leading into and away from the water heater is working properly too. I highly recommend this company....and as it seems something always goes wrong on a Friday night....... they get back to me right away no matter what !
These guys are amazing. My husband and I had a horrible week that started out with a slab leak and is ending with our electricity going out due to the water damage companies' equipment over-loading the breaker. I would have shed 8x as many tears this week if it hadn't been for Ken (the owner) and his crew. They set the bar extremely high when it comes to good customer service. They were kind, explained everything to us in terms we could understand, we called them any time of day/night and they were able and ready to help.
