Martha and the front is really respectful and super nice than coming here for a while. Also, I’ve always had a really good experience with Donna on the provider. She’s very respectful nice caring. I really appreciate that about a doctors office because at the end of the day a lot of doctors treat you differently than other patients but here I’ve noticed that they really care… not only that but Martha makes a really big difference in the front office. I’ve noticed that there is another woman there that takes call sometimes and she’s very rude. Very disrespectful but my experience with Martha and Donna make up for that because that means when I call in and she answers the phone, I won’t talk. I will call back. just to speak to Martha. whether it’s scheduling an appointment getting results or checking in.

Dr. Donna Baldwin is great! However the receptionist and the MA Louisa are so rude and extremely unprofessional! She doesn’t know how to explain any test results and gets frustrated/ mad very easily and speaks very fast in speed rush mode just to cut you off. I’m amazed that she is allowed to work assisting patients. I cannot emphasize how very mean and rude she is she seems extremely unhappy with her life and Carrie’s it to her job sight. Sad to say but she’s horrible! Don’t go here!!

Nurse are rude and very argumentative dr was over powered by nurse was not compassionate to what was going on butted in dr visit manager wouldn't speak to me was treated very poorly by staff which is horrible considering the dr was great will not return and wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy. Needs new staff who doesn't bust in unannounced in a private room telling the dr what to do . Very unprofessional and combative office don't go unless ur from where their from obviously ganagbanging on ur patients is a thing and office is small and smells like mold and musty only gave a 1 stars because can't give negative stars .

My health insurance assigned this location as my new primary care facility. I'm feeling extremely thankful that I did not base my own possible experience on these reviews. Honestly After reading them I felt worried and almost requested a change of choice. I hate Doctor visits as it is. So just figured I'd push through it and request the change afterwards. ( I was only needing a referral anyways ). BUT to my surprise it was a COMPLETELY different experience then I was expecting. Not only was the entire staff extremely polite and professional, They took my appointment seriously. I felt heard and was shocked at how fast my referral was processed and approved. Not even 2 hrs later I received a call from the specialist. The doctor had a lot of knowledge and knew exactly what she was talking about. She even convinced me to schedule a physical. Which is a huge deal for me. It's been years since my last check up. I also want to mention that, There was absolutely no language barrier during my entire visi and the facility was clean. ( Yes this is a very long review, but I felt this place deserves some recognization as well as some well deserved credit) Especially after reading the prior bad view ratings. - Thanks

Their USCIS Physical Exam service is great! The staffs are nice, especially the coordinator is well-versed in the USCIS paperwork. They are willing to reseal my package with a $50 fee.

They are my primary care provider and I will say Im not pleased or comfortable with these people taking care of me or my son. The wait was extremely long, 2 hours!!! just for immunizations. The place did not seem like a doctors office. It didnt seem like it was kept clean very well, the sink in our room was rusting and peeling away, nurses didnt use gloves, and my poor son who is autistic was such in distress due to the shots and the nurses seemed very heartless and not at all empathetic towards our situation. They could hear my poor son having a meltdown in the room and they took their sweet time. Now I dont expect them to just drop what they were doing to tend to me or my son but upon arrival, we were the only patients there. I dont see why patients came in after me and left before we were helped. Im really not the type to leave bad reviews & im really not this harsh of a person but my god when it comes to medical and peoples health, i expect A LOT more than this. This was really mind blowing. The office needs to look at the reviews once in a while and maybe do something about this. Ive always gone to Vista Community Clinic but bc this office is close to me & theyre my provider, despite the bad reviews i gave them the benefit of the doubt. But I guess the reviews are here for a reason! The only good thing I could say is the doctor here was really nice and I felt relieved whenever she came into the room. She seemed empathetic of my situation & didnt seem frustrated when my son wouldnt cooperate.

I do not recommend this place to anyone!!! This is the worst office/clinic to come too!I dont usually say anything about places I go too and have bad experiences but this place takes the cake! All the nurses speak only Spanish for some reason even when I talk to them in English and they do not communicate with each other or know what there doing! Than I was charged to fill out disability forms $25 and they did not meet there side of what I paid for! Than after 3 failed attempts they refused to fill them out at all! even though the doctor made the mistake on my froms they refused to pay me back my money! I have so much anxiety coming to this place! I wish I can write everything I have experiences here but ill save you my long story! Just take my word this place is not a good place to come too! You can see I'm not the only one who has something bad to say about them! They should be shut down! If you are a person who values your health this is the last place you want to go to or be seen! Another thing they don't call you back when they say there going to call you back!
