When I went into inquire about the gym and a membership, Arman was just the person to help me! He listened to my needs and answered all my questions. He did a great in touring me around the gym and pointing out all its features. He discussed the membership options based on my needs. He was very professional and friendly. Dropped by this branch last Thursday due to an 11:00 AM appointment nearby. While I’m generally a happy LA Fitness member and love our regular Twin Oaks location, I have to say this El Norte branch could really use some TLC.
The gym floor is alright, but the men’s locker room and wet area were noticeably dirty. After my workouts, I usually relax in the hot tub—but the Jacuzzi here wasn’t hot at all, and the stained tiles were a bit unsettling. I couldn’t help but imagine the buildup from who-knows-how-many people.
LA Fitness overall gets my thumbs up—but I hope this branch gets a deep clean and a little more attention soon.
