I recently started seeing Dr. Charles Basso with Grand Dentistry as my new dentist, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Walking into his office, I was immediately struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure I feel at ease. From Shawna at the front desk to Sonia, who is my dental hygienist, and Sidney, who is Dr. Basso’s assistant… They are all so great!!! Dr. Basso himself is simply outstanding. He has a gentle touch that makes even routine cleanings comfortable and painless, and his attention to detail leaves me confident that my dental care is in great hands. What I appreciate most is how he explains every procedure clearly, taking the time to answer my questions and making sure I understand everything.
