I've known Dr. Nancy Chen for a very long time and I would not consider going to another dermatologist. She's caring and professional and an excellent doctor. She's treated other members of my family and they also agree that she's the best.

I just saw Dr. Chen and she was amazing! Fast, professional but friendly, and very knowledgeable. She did a couple of procedures and then took time to answer my questions in detail! Afterwards, Wendy, her assistant, helped me tell Dr. Chen about something I'd forgotten to mention. My regular healthcare company messed up the paperwork and my appointment was supposed to have been cancelled but nobody told me. The office staff called and received permission to treat me anyway. The staff was great, but Gracia is my hero. She spent hours trying to fix the paperwork problem. I feel exceedingly lucky to be under the care of Dr. Chen and her staff. An extraordinary intellect, Dr. Chen quickly assessed and corrected prior diagnosis, clearing up my concerns with aplomb. Her staff respects time; efficiently and fastidiously orchestrating front office activities.
