Sensei Uribe and his family are the nicest people I’ve ever met. They teach not only techniques, but stress work ethic, respect, and discipline within all age groups.

I've attended this dojo for several years, and I have loved every moment of it. It's a great place to develop and work on yourself; physically, mentally, regardless of age.
I would absolutely recommend attending classes here, or at the very least simply trying it out

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re looking for a martial arts school that feels like family (minus the awkward Thanksgiving drama), East West MMA is the place. We’ve been training here for years, and honestly, we might never leave — partly because the workouts are amazing, and partly because Estabon would probably chase us down and drag us back on the mat. Estabon is an incredible instructor, and his wife Ashley brings the perfect mix of skill and toughness (you definitely don’t want to underestimate her).
