Extremely professional and friendly. I was originally going to get an alignment at another shop but when I was told about D & E, I called, and they were shocked by what I was quoted. D & E saved me MORE than half of what I was going to pay at the other shop. I felt like a valued customer and I didn't feel taken advantage of because of my gender.
