From the 1st phone call (Tiffany) to ask questions & see if I was going to schedule until the owner (Dan) finished, I was kept well informed of my appt.& Dan’s arrival time. Once Dan got there he explained everything he was going to do. He is very knowledgeable & this is a very professional business. I had an area rug, 3 hall runners, 2 bedrooms with carpet, & the back door steps & landing clean. I had 2 dogs & there was urine accidents & there is no longer a urine smell in the spare room. I’ll be using again for leather couch, & drapes, in the future. Excellent company!Thank you for a job well done!Services: Carpet steam cleaning
