They never answer the phone and they send your call to a call center where you can barely understand what they are saying since the people there hardly speak English.
They take forever to look you up in their system, they take your personal information to "leave a message" so the clinic can give you a call back. However, You will never never ever recieve a call back!

I’ve been trying to see my primary doctor, Dr. Hernandez, since May 18th for bleeding in my brain. On the day of my appointment, he left the clinic without informing me. He worked in the morning and left Burrego in the afternoon. I had been in the hospital ICU for brain bleeding, and my neurosurgeon told me to see my primary doctor as soon as possible.
After calling Centro Médico Escondido many, many times and not being able to make an emergency appointment, they sent me an appointment via text message without even checking if I could make it that day.
