Today was our first experience with Boopin Snoots and it was awesome. My dog got a bath, ears cleaned, glands expressed, nails trimmed and his teeth brushed. He looked so cute with his bandana and he was prancing and feeling so good when I picked him up. Everyone is so friendly from the person on the phone when I scheduled the appointment to the groomer checking him in and out. I have my next appointment scheduled. I highly recommend them.
This was our first time getting a professional grooming for my dog Nala, and I feel so lucky to have found Anahi! From our very first phone call, she was incredibly sweet, attentive, and caring. When we arrived, she welcomed us so warmly and made sure Nala felt safe and comfortable right away. Anahi took the time to ask thoughtful questions about Nala’s behavior and previous grooming experiences, which really put me at ease. I truly appreciate the love and care she gave Nala throughout the entire process. Thank you so much for making her first grooming experience such a positive one, we’ll definitely be back! ?
Anahi is Remy's favorite groomer ever! My boy is very anxious and has separation anxiety so the 1:1 care and no kennel room with a bunch of other anxious pups really helps him have a better time. The time and attention given always results in a beautiful groom! Thank you, Stephanie and Anahi, for the love you pour into Remy.
